What is Refer and win?
Every month you can refer up to 150 individuals. A referral is considered completed and successful when your customer uses the Paytm app to make any of the following payments via UPI
a) Scan & Pay: The referred user must perform a minimum transaction of 1 by using the Paytm QR code at any shop.
b) Recharge or Bill Payments: The referred user must make a minimum transaction of 100 for any recharge or bill payment.
You can win rewards for referring customers both who are new-to-Paytm as well as those customers who have now become inactive on the app.
(1) New-to-Paytm customers are those who have never transacted on Paytm in the past.
(2) Inactive customers are those who have transacted in the past on Paytm but have not been using the app recently.
How to be eligible to do a New-to-Paytm referral:
(1) You can refer new users only after 7 days of joining the app and completing your own first transaction.
On your successful referral, you will get a reward of flat 3100 if you refer a new-to-Paytm customer.
You will receive a reward of flat 15 for successfully referring an inactive customer on Paytm.

2. Ask your customer to click on the invite link or scan the referral QR or apply your referral code before completing their first transaction.

Terms & Conditions
1. There is no limit on the number of people with whom you can share your referral link.
2. You will receive referral rewards for every successful referral. For referring a customer who has never transacted on Paytm, you will receive 3100.
3. You can win referral benefits for a maximum of 150 customers in a month, and 500 customers overall.
4. You and your customer will be eligible for cashback if all of the below conditions are met.
a. Your customer should not have a bank account linked with Paytm UPI.
b. Your customer should have clicked on the shared invite link or applied your referral code before linking their bank account.
c. Your customer should complete at least one of the mentioned payments within 7 days after clicking on your referral link. There is no minimum or maximum amount requirement for the payment to be eligible for this offer.
d.You and your customer will get cashback within 2 weeks after being eligible for a cashback reward.
e.If your customer is referred by multiple Paytm users, the cashback will be processed to the Paytm user whose shared invite link was clicked last before he/she completes the eligible transaction.
f.Cashback will be processed in your Paytm wallet / primary bank account linked with Paytm UPI.
g.If more than one Paytm account is created on the same phone or device through the referral link, it will count as one successful referral only and no referral benefits would be provided beyond the first referred account, provided that all eligibility conditions are met.
h.Your customer and you should be on different mobile devices to be eligible for the referral reward.
i.lf your customer closes the app before completing signup after installation, then the referral will not be successful.
j.If your customer has already installed or signed up on Paytm, the referral link should be clicked before the first transaction by your customer for a successful referral

Referral Reward
1. Cashback will be processed in your Paytm wallet / primary bank account linked with Paytm UPI.
2. In normal circumstances, cashback will be credited within a period of 2 weeks from the completion of the transaction on which referral cashback is applicable.
3. Paytm reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
4. Paytm reserves the right to cancel a referral and corresponding cashback in case fraudulent activity is suspected.
