In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this cashback offer pack, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

11. The Cash amount will be credited within 48 hours, but in case of Public holiday and weekend the amount will be credited on the next working day.

13. The details of Paytm wallet ID and UPI linked back account must be entered by the customer themselves. If the customer enter incorrect Paytm wallet ID/UPI linked bank account details, the OTP will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised.
15. Once customer selects the choice of receipt of payment/Mode of payment i.e. either Paytm/UPI/Amazon pay, it cannot be modified.
16. If the OTP is lost, misplaced or stolen, a new OTP will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate OTP will not be issued.
17. United Biscuits India Pvt. Ltd., Rewardport or Paytm/UPI/Amazon shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the OTP, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.
18. Paytm/UPI/Amazon voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.

23. The decision of United Biscuits India Pvt. Ltd or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
24. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by United Biscuits India Pvt. Ltd and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.
25. The cash back cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.

27. Ltd. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between United Biscuits India Pvt. Ltd and Paytm/Amazon Pay/UPI Voucher, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.
