- These are the terms and conditions for the Helo Mela Campaign (the “Terms”). 1. How to Enter
- To enter this Contest you must fulfill the Entry Criteria below between 15/05/2020 and 17/05/2020 (the“Contest Term”). Any entries outside of the Contest Term are ineligible and will not be counted.

3. Eligibility Helo Mela Offer
To enter you must be a resident of India, be aged 18 or above, agree with and comply with these Terms, correctly enter the Contest as set out above.
Officers, directors, and employees of Bytedance (India) Technology Private Limited and our parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to enter this Contest. Entries from agents or those automatically generated by a computer program or other automatic methods will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse an entry from any person, at our sole and absolute discretion. 4. Prize Helo Mela Offer
The prizes of Helo Mela will be transferred to the user’s PayTM account subject to the user’s PayTM account being KYC Compliant.
Prizes may be subject to further terms of the prize organizer.
Prizes are not transferable; no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except by the Promoter who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event of non-availability. No financial or other compensation will be made for any other use of the Entry.
The Prize winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses in relation to their Prize.
5. What is the Judging Criteria?
- During this campaign, each Helo app user can open up to 3 treasure boxes of different levels. To open each boxes, user must finish the corresponding task. The user’s ability to finish the corresponding task determines whether and what rewards can be obtained.
- The ability to complete tasks is judged by two criteria: one is the speed of completing tasks, and the other is the number of people invited. The specific evaluation criteria for the three levels of treasure boxes are as follows:
- Level-I box, which is the free-to-open treasure boxes, login users can open to receive rewards. Each user who opens the Level-I box will get a reward of INR 2/- and is based on first come first serve as there is a daily limit on users eligible for the same.
- Level-II box, which is the invitation task treasure boxes and the user will be eligible to participate in this level upon inviting a minimum of 3 people. The users who invite equal to or above 3 people are eligible to get INR 15/-. The users who invite equal to or above 10 will get INR 1000/- on a first come first serve basis. The first 500 users who invite equal to or above 10 on 15 May 2020 will get INR 1000/-; similarly, the first 400 users will get INR 1000/- on 16 May 2020 and the first 100 users will get INR 1000/- on 17 May 2020 respectively.
- Level-Ⅲ box, which is the invitation task treasure boxes, login users have to invite minimum of 15 people to help them be eligible to open. The users who invite equal to or above 15 people will get INR 50/-. The first 5 users to invite 30 people will get INR 10000 every day.

6. Notification and Receiving your Prize
- We will notify winners via Helo notification within 7 days of the Closing Date with details of the claim process for your prize. If we cannot contact you or you don’t claim your prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw your prize and pick a replacement winner. We are not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential winner. Please check Helo and email messages regularly, including your ‘junk’ folders.
- When we contact you we may require further information to arrange the delivery/organization of your prize. Once you have fulfilled all requirements detailed in the notification message, we will organize delivery of the relevant prize, and all winners will be publicly announced.
- You retain ownership of your pre-existing underlying intellectual property subject to granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully-paid, royalty-free, transferable license, for the maximum duration of rights afforded under applicable law to reprint, display, reproduce, perform, use, and exhibit your entry for the purpose of administering and promoting the Contest and for our marketing and advertising purposes in any medium.

- Insofar as permitted by law, we will not assume any responsibility or liability for any inaccurate or failed electronic data transmission, nor and inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or Helo.
- We, to the fullest extent permitted by law, assume no liability whatsoever in relation to any direct or indirect damage, loss, or any injury suffered by any entrant, as a result of accepting and/or use of any prize, or the use or disclosure of your provided information.
8. General Helo Mela Offer
- In the event of exceptional circumstances outside of our control, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the Contest or these Terms at any time.
- If any of these clauses are found to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then they shall be deleted from these Terms and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond our reasonable control prevents us from doing so.
- Subject to the operation of local consumer laws, these Terms will be governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
