- The Domino’s Cheesy Rewards Loyalty Program (Loyalty Program) is being conducted by Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (JFL).
- Loyalty Program is designed to reward selected Domino’s customers for online order placed through Domino’s India Application, Mobile Website and aggregators like Zomato and Swiggy, GPay and Paytm across selected stores. Customers who are eligible for the program (select customers) will be able to view the Cheesy Rewards Icon in Domino’s India application homepage and need to register in the Domino’s application page to participate in the Program.
- The Loyalty Program is currently not open for Call Centre and Dine-in orders (including direct calls to local store numbers).
- Every time the registered customer places an order via Domino’s Application, such customer can earn 100 points (having value equivalent to 1 pizza slice), on the order value of at least INR 350, as Cheesy Rewards points. These points will be credited to the Domino’s wallet within 48 working hours of successful delivery of the order. These points can only be redeemed to pay for a free pizza (from the selected pizza range) once customer has accumulated 600 points (ie. Equivalent to 6 slices of pizza). Customer needs to check their Domino’s app for more details to find the actual list of Pizzas from which a FREE pizza can be redeemed in lieu of points.
- A minimum order value of INR 350 (excl. tax/charges) is required to earn Cheesy Rewards Points.
- This scheme can be availed only on 1st Order of the day. Customer is eligible to earn max 100 points (ie. Equivalent to 1 slice)
- For redemption of Points/Free Pizza minimum 600 points must be accumulated. Points in multiple of 600 points will only be eligible for redemption. Max 1 slice/100 points can be earned in a day.
- Wallet Points are valid for a period of 365 days from the day of enrolment in the Cheesy Rewards Loyalty Program. After which users will be auto enrolled again, all existing points will expire and the counter will reset to 0
- The customer is not be entitled to claim any refund in cash or in any other mode against the Points balance available in his/her Domino’s Wallet.
- Decision of JFL in case of any dispute or interpretation of any term shall be final.
- The Cheesy Rewards Loyalty Program is currently open for only orders placed through Domino’s App.
- All food products, except Daily Essentials and packaged commodities, are eligible to earn and redeem.
- Cheesy Rewards Points earn and redemption is applicable even if any coupon is applied in the cart or on Every Day Value Offers. Redemption of points is only available on the Domino’s app, same will not be available on the PWA site or other aggregators
- Cheesy Rewards Points are non-transferable and have to be used with the same account (mobile number) on which they were earned.
- The points will be credited within 48 hrs post the order is successfully delivered. In case of pick-up (takeaway), it will be credited within 48 hrs post customer picks up the order. In some cases points credit could take more than 48 hrs.
- Cheesy Rewards Points can only be earned on Food and Beverage items. Any additional charges such as Delivery, Packaging, Taxes are not included when calculating earn or redemption amount.
- Upon cancellation, the points used will be reversed within 2 working days. Any balance amount that a customer may have paid via a pre-paid instrument (Credit Card, PayTM etc) will be credited back to the source within 7 to 10 days
- JFL reserves the right to discontinue the Cheesy Rewards Loyalty
- Program without prior notice.

- Any dispute related to this contest shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi only.
- Disqualification of a Customer, arising out of his/her misconduct, fraud and misuse of Cheesy Rewards Points or acts in a manner inconsistent with any central/state/local laws, statutes or ordinances, may result in immediate termination of the Loyalty Program with respect to such customer followed by cancellation of all points balance available in his/her Domino’s wallet.
