Winner Selection:

1. During the Contest Period, a participant can participate/ submit any number of entries, however, every winner shall be eligible for only one (1) Main Prize. Finalists shall be eligible for only one (1) Second Prize. Each participant can be declared an hourly winner only once during the period of the contest. Every Hourly Winner is eligible to win only one (1) Hourly Prize.
3. The winners shall be selected at the sole discretion of Britannia and the same cannot be challenged under any circumstance. The decision of Britannia shall be final and binding on the Participant in this matter. Britannia shall in no case entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries, etc. on the manner of the selection and the Contest.
4. BRITANNIA or its Agencies shall not be liable for any delay due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of Britannia, and under no circumstances, we shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.

1. This Contest will be open to every Indian citizen residing in India and the delivery of the Second Prize is subject to the area of delivery is serviceable by top courier services such as Blue Dart or DTDC. However, the finalists need to have a valid Indian passport with at least 8-months validity on the last date of the Contest Period i.e. 22.10.2022.
2. Subject to other criteria and conditions stated in the terms of the Contest, the Contest will be open to all residents of India.
3. Britannia will not be liable under any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry / DND regulation or such other regulation that exists or may come into play. Participants agree to receive communications related to the Contest even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), or under any other similar regulation, Britannia or its Agency will have all the authority to call the Participant by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Contest.
4. It is advised and suggested that the participants must ensure that they are not suffering from any health issues which restrict them from participating in this contest.

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Contest and aspects thereof (“Terms & Conditions” ).
2. Any Customer participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively be referred as “Participants”.
3. Subject to the age eligibility criteria contained herein, the Contest is open to participation by all Indian citizens currently residing in India. The participant must have attained majority i.e. attained the age of 18 years on or before the start date of the contest.
4. The Contest will be valid from 10:00:01 a.m on 7th Sep 2022 to 11.59:59 p.m on 22nd Oct 2022 (“Contest Period” ). Britannia reserves the right to cancel/amend/extend the Contest Period without giving any notice or intimation. No claims or questions shall be entertained in this regard.
5. In order to participate in this Contest, Participants have to scan the QR code on the promotional pack of Britannia Bourbon 50g and 150g ( “Pack” ) and play a mobile browser based game ( “AR Game” ) along with a friend. The participant and their friend ( “Team” ) need to complete the AR Game and register their team to publish their score in the leaderboard. To complete the AR Game , both members of the team i.e. the Participant and their friend need to complete each of their chances in the AR Game . Completing the AR Game and registering their team to publish their score in the leaderboard will be considered as one entry ( “Entry” ). One Team can register a maximum of 5 entries. Only one team of the participant with the highest score entry of will be considered while calculating the Leaderboard, all the other entries of that participant shall stand cancelled. Top 10 scoring teams of each working hour (8 am – 8 pm) during each day of the Contest Period will be declared hourly winners ( “Hourly Winners” ). Hourly Winners for each day will be declared before 5 pm of the next working day. In case of two or more teams have the same score then, the time of entry will be used as a tie breaker.
6. During the Contest Period, a total of 32 teams (“Finalists”) will be selected. A total of 12 finalists will be selected after 15 days from the start of the contest i.e. after 22.09.2022. A total of 12 finalists will be selected after 30 days from the start of the contest i.e. after 07.10.2022 and the last 8 finalists will be selected after 45 days or at the end of the contest period. The finalists will be invited to participate in an E-Sports tournament (“Tournament”). The tournament will be held within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the contest. The Tournament will happen in Mumbai and the finalists (all 64 participants or 32 teams) will be provided return air tickets from their nearest airports to Mumbai. The responsibility of their stay and to report to the tournament venue on the stipulated time is of the finalists alone and Britannia shall not provide either the stay or taxi/cab for reaching at the venue. Failure to report to the tournament venue on time will result in the participant forfeiting their entry to the tournament. The top 5 teams in the tournament will be declared winners of the contest (“Winners”). The decision of Britannia with respect to declaring winner shall be final and conclusive. No question, complaint, dispute or concern raised by the participants for any reasons whatsoever including but not limited to process of selection or rejection shall be entertained.
7. Winners will get a trip to Qatar (“Main Prize”). The Main Prize will include return flight tickets to Doha (Ex- Mumbai) and 2 nights 3 days stay at a three-star hotel or equivalent. The Main Prize does not include transit (to and from the airports), food, visa charges, or any other costs whatsoever incurred by the Winners. The responsibility of applying and procuring for the Visa will be of the winners. Britannia will not be responsible if the winner is unable to get a Visa in time. All 32 finalists/teams, who reach the venue for the Tournament in time, shall be eligible to win a gaming console (“Second Prize”). Each of the finalist teams (two participants) shall be eligible for the Second Prize. The Second Prize shall be given or sent to the address provided at the time of registration. The second prize will be procured by Big City Promotions (“Agency”) and sent to the finalists through a main stream courier service such as DTCD or Blue Dart (“Courier”). The finalist will forfeit the second prize if their address is not in an area serviceable by the courier. Hourly winners will get an annual OTT subscription- (“Hourly Prize”). The hourly prize will be disbursed by the agency through an SMS with a redemption link to the hourly winner. Subject to the qualification/eligibility criteria prescribed herein, an hourly winner may be eligible for Second Prize and the Second Prize Winner may be eligible for the Main Prize, however, any participant and team will not be eligible to win the same prize twice. The top entries of the participants/teams shall be entitled for qualifying in the contest and the other entries shall stand disqualified upon selection of one participant or team.
8. Every winner shall be eligible for only one (1) Main Prize. Finalists shall be eligible for only one (1) Second Prize. Each participant can be declared an hourly winner only once during the period of the contest. Every Hourly Winner is eligible to win only one (1) Hourly Prize. However, the participant can send multiple entries for the Contest with a maximum of 5 teams.
9. The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
10. The participants will have to provide their PAN Card details upon being shortlisted as a Finalist. In absence of a PAN Card, the participant should provide a Government ID proof such as Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License or a Voter Card along with a declaration of non-availability of PAN Card. The winners will be announced post verification of PAN/ID proof.
11. The prize under this Contest can’t be traded, sold, replaced or adjusted with anything including other prize, other gifts or cash.
12. No request of re-scheduling the dates or extension of the prize or replacement of the voucher shall be entertained by Britannia.
13. Demanding of PAN Card or other details is a part of the selection process and it does not mean that the entry has been finalized or the participant has been selected or that the Prize is guaranteed.
