What is The Process for Fast Billing?

Fills in details- Name, Email, Mobile, City, nearest store, Date to shop, preferred time slot.
Clicks on Submit
SMS/email will be sent to the customer confirming the booking
Customers should be ready for billing in the selected slot i.e, shopping should be completed before the selected slot.

How To Process Booking Slots First Billing PASS Big Bazaar –

1. Customer visits to the store (Minimum 1 hours before the start of his time slot. E.g. If the customer has selected 1 PM to 2 PM slot, then he must be in the store latest by 12PM).

2. Shows his SMS/Email at the Customer Service Desk/Kiosk at the entrance.

3. Customer Service Desk/Kiosk staff to issue the colored wrist band basis the time slot booked

4. Guides the customer about Fast Billing Counter & Process

5. Customer wears the wrist band & completes the shopping

6. Post shopping customer approaches the designated Fast Billing counter

7. Shows the wrist band & SMS (SMS need to be shown so that cashier knows there is no M-Coupon or EGV required to be redeemed against FASTBILLING as a customer has got this under “AIRTELTHANKS” offer)

8. Complete the regular billing process

Terms & Conditions –

1. This program is managed by Future Retail Limited (hereinafter referred to as “FRL”)

2. FAST BILLING passes will be available on www.bigbazaar.com on first come first serve basis only

3. The number of FAST Billing passes would be limited.

4. One slot booking per customer.

5. In case of multiple entries, FRL has the right to cancel/discard the booking.

6. No cancellation or slot change will be accepted once registration is done

7. The booking is valid only for registered date and time only

8. You can enter the BIG BAZAAR store during its working hours to shop but your billing will be done only during the FAST booking slot booked by you.

9. There will be assigned cash counters for FAST Billing, which will be used for FAST billing pass holders

10. In case a customer cannot make it on the time slot chosen for FAST Billing, the facility stands void and BIG BAZAAR will not be held responsible.

11. The booking is non-transferable and non-negotiable.

12. SMS/Email/Print-out of the confirmed booking as well as a valid photo ID is required to avail of the FAST Billing facility.

13. The FAST Billing band provided at the entry is non-transferable and non-negotiable.

14. Please provide your Valid ID proof at the entrance.

15. Photo ID could be any Govt ID. Drivers License, Aadhar card, pan card.

16. Make sure you tie the band at the entrance to avail smooth FAST Billing facility.

17. It is compulsory to show your band once you reach the FASTBilling counter.

18. Only 1 person from the family/group will be eligible to stand in line for the FAST Billing facility.

19. Only 1 person from the family/group will be tied to the band.

20. FRL shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change in law or for any technology/network failure or any other reasons beyond its control.

21. In case of any dispute, the decision of FRL shall be final and binding on all concerned and Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

22. FRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately.
